Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern the rights and obligations of the operator of the Severka Mountain Chalet and customers (hereinafter "Guest") using accommodation and other related services.
2. Accommodation Booking
- The reservation is valid and binding upon delivery of written or e-mail confirmation by the accommodation provider.
- For binding confirmation of the reservation, the accommodation provider reserves the right to request a deposit of up to 50% of the total price of the stay.
- The balance of the total price is payable upon arrival in cash or by credit card (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
3. Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of the reservation by the Guest, the accommodation provider charges the following cancellation fees:
- More than 30 days before arrival: Cancellation without charge.
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the paid deposit.
- Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the paid deposit.
4. Stay Conditions
- Check-in is possible from 14:00 (in the winter season due to cable car transport no later than 16:00).
- Check-out must be completed by 10:00 at the latest.
- Strict smoking ban applies throughout the entire chalet building (except for designated outdoor areas).
- Staying with pets is possible only by prior agreement for a surcharge.
- Night quiet time must be observed from 22:00 to 6:00.
5. Liability for Damages
The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation provider's property during their stay. The accommodation provider has the right to demand financial compensation for destroyed or stolen equipment.
